THE ROLE

Peloton is looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager, responsible for supporting the App Product Marketing team with go-market strategies that drive key business and engagement metrics across our app platforms. This role will lead the execution of product and lifecycle marketing campaigns for our app channels and act as a key cross-functional partner, participating in development, launch timelines, creative review, product education, and overall team strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of app channel marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app campaigns, etc)
  • Propose and execute A/B tests for evergreen and tentpole marketing campaigns along various points of customer journey (i.e. acquisition, onboarding, engagement, upsell and winback) based on member insights and previous campaign performance and report their findings
  • Continuously test triggered and ad-hoc campaigns (copy, layout, format, content, frequency, etc.) to optimize performance for key business outcomes
  • Work cross-functionality with other Marketing teams to ensure App Members are receiving the most relevant and contextual communications based on their behavior, tenure, and other insights
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to continuously improve future campaign strategies and tactics
  • Work closely with Product Team stakeholders to develop and execute low fidelity A/B tests and drive awareness and adoption of new software features
  • Collect customer product feedback from a variety of existing sources, while brainstorming and creating pathways for new feedback sources in the future (e.g. NPS scores, survey results, support issues, retail team and inside sales feedback)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing ideally with a focus on product and experience with go-to-market launches and driving feature adoption.
  • At least 2 years experience using marketing automation tools such as Braze, Simon Data, Sendgrid, for use in segmentation/targeting and campaign execution
  • Intermediate HTML/CSS experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented - can execute complex tasks flawlessly and with minimal oversight
  • Ability to understand and produce insights from campaign, engagement, and survey results
  • Strong communication and team skills
  • Analytical mindset and unparalleled attention to detail
  • Ability to create and adapt structures and formalize processes
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and adaptability are key
