We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager highly adept at bringing fintech products to market.  As the first product marketing hire, this role will be responsible for leading product marketing across new and existing OpeInvest products. This role will be involved in the entire lifecycle of products from acting as the voice of the client and market segment during initial product development to crafting key messaging and driving client adoption.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead product marketing for new and existing OpenInvest products 
  • Define buyer personas, positioning, value proposition, and messaging across the OpenInvest product suite
  • Be the go-to person for teams who need expertise in messaging and positioning for product launches, product-related content, sales collateral, and training
  • Partner closely with our UX and product teams to understand client needs and the competitive landscape 
  • Collaborate closely on the execution of go-to-market plans with product, design, marketing, and sales enablement teams
  • Partner with key marketing stakeholders on in-product communications, product-aligned content, and launches
  • Act as the voice of marketing and clients in key cross-functional meetings 
  • Follow the data–apply a data-driven approach from product ideation to launch
  • Analyze marketing trends, insights, and client feedback to inform go-to-market strategy

Who You Are

  • Minimum 7+ years of product marketing experience
  • Experience leading product marketing strategies within technology or financial sectors
  • Results-driven marketer with a proven track record of successful product launches and product adoption
  • Extensive experience working cross-functionally with UX, product, and marketing partners
  • Skilled communicator in both written and verbal communication
  • Excellent at conveying complex vision-level ideas as well as tactical
  • Client/customer champion with a solutions-oriented mindset
