Context
We're launching a new product line in order to build synergies between our Core Business (Cash Flow Management) and a complementary offer. We strongly believe in our capacity to deliver even stronger value to our customers.
In this context, we have set-up a launch team composed of a CTO, a CPO, and a General Manager. This team has strong autonomy and independence versus Agicap to fasten decision-making process and increase agility in developing the new product.
Software Developers and Product Managers are currently joining the project, we expect to have 20+ Tech and Product talents by the end of February. Linked to our objectives, we expect the team to grow to 60+ people in the same year.
Job Brief
Working closely with Product Managers, Marketing department, and Sales, you will participate in this brand new product launch to reach Product Market Fit and keep developing further.
Some of your key responsabilities will be:
1. Product positionning:
- Analyzing customer feedbacks, market trends and competitive dynamics
- Building product roadmap prioritization with Product Managers
- Structuring value proposition and product bricks
2. Building the new product communication strategy:
- Managing the external communication (customers, prospects, partners) of the product roadmap and releases.
- Ensuring the consistency of content and visuals (website, landing pages, etc.)
- Ensuring the consistency of the Sales script around the value proposition
- Creating best-in class videos of customer stories : identifying needs, planning shoots, scripting sales videos and social ads, etc.
3. Creating the marketing content to help the Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to better sell the solution, support customers, and enhance the features
4. Collecting, sorting and analyzing business needs in collaboration with the Product Managers and in relation with Sales and Customer Success:
- Carrying qualitative (telephone) interview with out customers
- Identifying and investigating pain points, routine with the product, needs, and any other information deemed to be of added value.
- Developing user and buyer personas.
5. Driving lead generation and revenue:
- Coordinating multiple marketing campaigns (webinars, events, promotion of marketing content, PR...) in close collaboration with your sales team, and the HQ marketing team.
- Preparing training Product content for internal teams (Sales, Customer Success)

Who we're looking for

  • You are a native French and fluent in English
  • You come from a top business school and you have minimum professional experience of 4 years
  • You have a Doer mindset
  • You want to be in strong relationship with Product, Marketing, and Sales
  • You have already worked on Product Marketing subjects
  • You ideally have an XP in B2B SaaS in a rapidly growing tech
  • You understand complex technical and commercial concepts and a strong capacity for synthesis
  • You know how to manage many tasks simultaneously and demonstrate agility
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy working independently
