Product Marketing Manager

Limbic’s vision is to ensure the highest quality therapy is accessible to everyone, everywhere. The way we do that is by deploying AI responsibly, using it to augment clinical care and reduce barriers to accessing therapy at scale. Limbic is already used in over 25% of Talking Therapies in the NHS and is deemed safe and effective after successfully gaining UKCA Class IIa certification, the only AI mental health decision support tool to do so.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to distill and communicate our value to our customers and key stakeholders, helping Limbic to achieve our growth goals and help even more people access mental health services in the UK.

What you’ll do:

• You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering campaigns that resonate with our potential customer base
• You’ll map out the personas of our different stakeholders, ranging from psychologists, NHS Talking Therapy service and clinical leads, academics, business leaders, and health system leaders
• You’ll continuously leverage data and good news stories from our product, clients and research to turn into compelling stories and campaigns
• You’ll shape content to distribute across our social media channels and support our PR strategy
• You’ll use a data driven approach to assess effectiveness, using the range of digital channels we own to distribute content
• You’ll be the day to day owner of all brand assets including but not limited to guidelines, brand tone of voice, visual identity, messaging frameworks, responsible for keeping up to date and helping to educate colleagues on the correct usage/application of the assets
• You’ll identify external events, speaker opportunities and thought leadership initiatives and lead on development of supporting materials and identify opportunities to amplify events.
• You’ll sit in the Growth Team and work cross-functionally with our Creative, Research, Product and Clinical teams

Requirements

What success looks like within 100 days:

• Designed and executed against a plan to create key messages, value propositions, and personas
• Delivered a range of campaigns to nurture customers in our sales funnel
• You’ll have translated these key messages and assets into a range of marketing assets in the business e.g. an improved website, case studies, an improved pitch deck etc.

Who you are:

• A data loving creative with strong copywriting and organisation skills
• Data > you’re in your element assessing the effectiveness of campaigns and iterating rapidly to improve them
• Creative > you’re able to get into the shoes of our different customers and create content that speaks to them
• Copywriting > you’re able to quickly create high quality content for a range of outlets whether that’s for email campaigns, thought leadership or social media
• Project management > you can work effectively cross-functionally and can organise a disparate team with competing priorities
