Coming off our $30M Series B funding in October 2021 and with big plans for our product in 2022, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to grow our product marketing team from 1 to 2. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with our product, marketing, and sales teams to drive the successful launch and adoption of the LeadIQ product suite.
The Role
Become a product know-it-all, that will inform & influence our overall product messaging and positioning
Orchestrate the launch of new products and features, working collaboratively across teams to drive overall awareness and adoption
Dive into our competitive landscape and become the go-to expert on our competitive differentiators to ensure teams are well-positioned to win competitive deals
Get inside the mind of our customers through case studies, persona interviews, and surveys to understand their challenges, pain points, and why they love LeadIQ
Craft compelling product messaging that gets attention and helps sales sell more
The Person
3-4 years of product marketing experience, especially in B2B software or SaaS
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stay organized and focused on the highest priority tasks
A process-driven person who is excited about establishing, documenting, and improving on how things are done
Creative problem-solver who has the ability to mesh together a variety of qualitative and quantitive feedback into concise feedback
Confident product marketer who is not afraid to ask questions, give a point of view, and share insights with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership
Data-driven product marketer who likes to quantify success and set ambitious goals
Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of personalities and backgrounds. Someone who is just as comfortable working with an engineer as they are a sales rep
