The team
Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicate the value of DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design creative for a new business campaign. Build worldwide digital experiences that touch millions. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative social media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.

This position
DocuSign’s Product Marketing team is seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to help build awareness, generate partner-oriented content and develop marketing collateral to ensure our messaging is being amplified with DocuSign’s ecosystem of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and promoting content that highlights the value of DocuSign and aligns to DocuSign’s global marketing, business and sales priorities. You will support marketing and sales activities “to”, "with" and "through" the ISV to help them acquire new customers, retain and grow existing customers and deliver growth in revenue from DocuSign products and services. 

You will be a key member of a growing product marketing team, working with our growing ecosystem of partners to accelerate DocuSign’s growth through partner-driven sales. You will be a critical source-of-truth on DocuSign products and services, coordinating with multiple internal product teams, partner/audience/demand marketing teams, and customer success teams to drive alignment and high business growth. 

The ideal candidate will have results-driven marketing skills to combine with relevant experience working at a technology company. You should be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities. 

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Marketing for Platform/ISV and is designated as Flex.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop and execute best-in-class ISV partner co-marketing plans that effectively drive awareness and adoption of DocuSign services 
  • Help develop positioning, messaging, value proposition and content that supports DocuSign’s ISV partner ecosystem 
  • Collaborate with core, partner success and demand generation marketing teams to ensure that ISV partner marketing programs are aligned, featured, launched, and communicated effectively 
  • Help define and execute joint marketing strategies, objectives and measures of success with the ISV partner experience marketing teams
  • Collaborate with sales enablement teams to ensure that content, tools, and other ISV partner marketing assets are effectively deployed to, and used by, the field
  • Drive alignment across DocuSign marketing teams to bring visibility to ISV Partners for inclusion in marketing campaigns
  • Support ISV partners during various DocuSign events (e.g., customer/partner conferences, sales meetings) by developing content as needed
  • Represent DocuSign at third-party ISV partner events

Basic qualifications

  • BA/BS required or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in partner and/or product marketing, preferably in high-growth technology companies 
  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services with enterprise software experience 

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong ability to collaboratively articulate end-to-end ISV partner value proposition to a wide variety of internal and external audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create net new content, collateral and marketing assets specific to ISV partner services
  • Proven record creating content and customer-facing and ISV partner-facing resources, with the ability to digest and articulate complex concepts for mass consumption via engaging content
  • Ability to understand and simplify technical topics for non-technical audiences 
  • Experience using internal and externally focused marketing and sales enablement tools [Salesforce, HighSpot, Slack, etc.]
  • Experience working with multiple digital and third party agencies to drive programs and projects 
  • Experience with cross functional, strategic marketing programs or global initiatives, working in highly matrixed regional and global teams
  • Experience implementing actionable metrics to assess marketing content performance and contribution to customer journey and outcomes
  • Highly collaborative, creative, goal-oriented, self-starter and team-centric
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and effective relationship-building talents

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $94,700 - $115,700 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
