Be the external Humaans voice!

As a product marketer, you will work closely with our product & engineering team to find the best ways to communicate our offering to our users and prospective customers.

If you’re passionate about product and marketing, love creating content of all forms and working cross-functionally, we’d love to chat!

About us

Humaans is enabling organisations to build a better world of work. It’s a central part of modern life, and we all want to have a meaningful experience while at work. Our goal is to empower companies to drive impact and use technology to provide a better experience for their employees throughout their full lifecycle.

Humaans is the fastest way to onboard and manage employees. We turn complex processes like employee onboarding, offboarding, and compensation management into simple workflows by integrating with solutions, such as Gsuite, Slack, Docusign, Greenhouse, and more.

We’re a startup growing fast; with big ambitions, we’re backed by investors that helped shape global technology players leader in their categories: Y Combinator, Moonfire, Frontline, Lachy Groom, Jeff Weiner (LinkedIn), Claire Johnson (Stripe), Dylan Field (Figma), Scott Belsky (Adobe), Ashkay Kothari (Notion), Des Traynor (Intercom), among others. Our journey is only at the beginning, and we’re looking for people excited about driving real impact.

As a human centred company (quite literally), every team member counts - and that’s where you come in.

You’re excited about

  • Developing a deep understanding of our customer segments, competitors and the HR Tech product ecosystem

  • Developing product marketing strategies including positioning, GTM, messaging, target audiences, and defining value propositions for Humaans

  • Creating content to support releases and product updates, and establishing cadences for those initiatives by working cross-functionally

  • Partnering with our Sales teams to develop narratives, ensuring consistent messaging, and making sure the team is enabled to increase deliverability

  • Partnering with Product and Engineering to learn more what we build can best benefit customers as well as informing the product strategy and roadmap, based on market demand, competitor intelligence and customer insights

This is what will get us excited about you

  • You’re a product enthusiast. You’re passionate about great software products and have worked on go-to-market initiatives before, ideally in SaaS.

  • Collaboration is key. You bring advanced cross-functional collaboration skills and love working with technical as well as commercial stakeholders inside and outside the business.

  • Content and collateral. Owning the creation of content for different audiences, internal and external, and identify the most effective format and channel gets you excited.

  • Strategy and execution. You love both, strategic and tactical planning as well as driving execution and outcomes yourself.

  • People love your stories. Be it in written form, verbal or visual - you get your audience excited about stories and have a natural ability to influence your audience.
