The Opportunity
The Onfido Product Marketing team is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a strong, technical Product Marketing Manager to look after our innovative Fraud product suite. This new role will be in charge of bringing AI-powered fraud detection products to our clients globally, and ensuring that the advanced technology is clearly communicated to both technical and non-technical buyers.
This high-visibility role will allow you to lead cross-functional projects with collaborative and passionate Onfido peers and leadership. You will work closely with our technology teams to craft the product roadmap and validate the offering through customer feedback. You will collaborate with the marketing team to build and deliver the winning narrative and marketing strategy that drives demand. You will enable the growth organisation to package and sell the solutions that offer the maximum value for our customers around the globe.
What You’ll Do:
- Ingest customer, market, and sales insight into the product development and delivery process at every stage
- Proudly tell Onfido story across digital marketing channels and throughout sales engagements, at webinars and events, with analysts and industry experts
- Develop positioning and messaging for Onfido identity verification and fraud solutions for each relevant customer category and buyer persona
- Conduct ongoing analysis of competitors’ messaging and marketing strategies to stay ahead of the curve and ensure clear differentiation
- Power the development of compelling written and visual content, including full-featured product web pages, landing pages, datasheets, whitepapers, videos, webinars, analyst presentations, case studies, and more
- Partner with the sales enablement team to support the ongoing success of the Growth team and Onfido
- Analyse and share insight on customer needs and pains, product adoption and usage, sales win/loss, and other business success metrics
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Sales Engineering with high-growth SaaS B2B companies ideally in digital identity, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or fintech space
- Being a self-starter, quick learner, with the ability to handle challenges while maintaining your cool and sense of humor as a true team player
- Experience in effectively positioning highly technical B2B products verbally and in writing
- Exceptional storytelling skills, both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging
- Strong analytical mindset, with proven ability to interpret data and qualitative research to generate actionable takeaways and drive key outcomes.
- Ability to effectively partner and collaborate with peers and managers across the organisation, thriving in an environment where multiple disciplines come together cross-functionally to solve difficult and unique problems.
- Being an comfortable and effective at working remotely, as part of a growing distributed marketing organisation, with a high level of autonomy
