This role is defined as a Product Marketing Manager for incubation products that we intend to bring to market in the near future, and we’re looking for someone who is ready to make an impact at an established software company entering a new phase of product development growth. You’ll report directly to the Director of Product Marketing, and you’ll be responsible for growing the usage, spend, and satisfaction of our customers by creating automated growth programs. The person in this role will be focused on developing lifecycle programs specifically for customers that use apps in the Foxit software portfolio.
You will work closely with our partners to develop lifecycle programs for our B2B and B2C customers. This role is an even combination of strategy and execution. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Partner teams to drive meaningful revenue for the business through our partner ecosystem.
As the Product Marketing Manager you will own the segmentation, development, and execution of a lifecycle marketing strategy for 3 customer lifecycle messaging tracks: (1) onboarding & new customer acquisition messaging, (2) churn reduction/retention messaging, and  (3) customer reactivation messaging.
The ideal candidate has solid experience in email driven marketing programs and an intuitive understanding of both customer lifecycle marketing and SaaS customer onboarding. This person is a self-starter who can take a simple value proposition and tease out a multi-channel program designed to improve the customer experience and generate revenue.
Responsibilities
- Create single and multi-channel campaigns that drive usage, activation, and purchasing of new Foxit products.
- Work closely with product, partner, customer support, customer success, customer education, and operations teams to develop programs that increase the usage of our product
- Create content to enable and delight customers
- Develop multi-channel messaging cadences to upsell and cross-sell our SMB/SME customers
- Explore and develop creative ways to generate new leads through partner programs or B2B Marketing efforts. 
- Use a combination of in-platform analytics, customer survey data, and sales data to measure program success and inform future strategy
- Drive engagements through webinars, content, email, and other types of co-marketing campaigns
Experience & Knowledge
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with 2+ years focused on customer lifecycle marketing in the tech industry (preferably SaaS)
- Experience crafting polished messaging to drive customer product usage and retention.
- Experience developing drip campaigns and activation/onboarding campaigns for customers
- A history of building and executing project plans with a focus on clearly defined partner KPIs
- Team player with experience coordinating across different teams
- Excellent project/program management skills
- Analytical, with the ability to create and drive key marketing strategies and decisions
- Creative self-starter that imagines and executes successful marketing programs
- Experience using Iterable or ActiveCampaign is a plus
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Experience with basic HTML/CSS is a plus
