We’re looking for a seasoned product marketer who will take the lead on establishing the messaging and positioning strategy for the enterprise audience. You will be responsible for building programs and campaigns to increase awareness, adoption and demand for Fountain solutions. You will get to work on a high-performing team and have a strategic impact on our growth strategy that will impact millions of hourly workers worldwide.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive successful product and feature launches inclusive of customer benefit messaging and positioning
  • Work with our product team to distill key functionality and benefits into product marketing messages and go-to-market strategies
  • Craft and develop compelling stories, content and tools (presentations, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, customer success stories, product videos, how to guides, etc.) that land multi-channel and resonate with our target persona
  • Plan, execute and measure innovative outbound marketing initiatives to increase awareness, accelerate consideration and drive purchase intent for Fountain
  • Work effectively across Fountain with groups such as engineering, digital marketing, sales, business development, and customer success to achieve business goals
  • Create sales enablement resources to empower our sales team to effectively nurture opportunities and deals
  • Evangelize the voice of the customer internally to influence the product roadmap, and externally to inform prospects of recent customer successes
  • Help us connect the dots and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, identify opportunities for improvement and orchestrate many moving parts

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, strategy consulting or product management
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience in SaaS products
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work directly with senior leadership
  • Exceptional comfort working in ambiguous environments, defining personal goals that are aligned with the company mission.
  • Strong data analysis skills
