About this role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for Faire’s Discovery & Retailer growth initiatives. 

In this role, you’ll help to set the vision and strategy for one of the fastest growing and high potential areas of Faire’s business and support this vision with thoughtful positioning, messaging and GTM activations that will resonate deeply with our customers and inspire them to use Faire.  

You’ll be a catalyst for successful brand discovery for retailers and will enable brands to optimize how they show up on Faire. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating value for small business communities around the world, crafting messaging and positioning of feature launches that inspire action,  improved ordering experience, data-driven retention / acquisition campaigns, is a master of leading cross-functional teams, and is a high-energy collaborative teammate and leader.

In this role, you will become the expert on how retailers and brands use Faire impacts our customers and ensure the incentives we launch are easy for customers to understand and make use of.

What you’ll do 

  • Manage go-to-market execution for Discovery & Retailer features and tests to set and meet launch goals that support overarching Product and Business goals
  • Collaborate with Product and Research to develop research plans, participant recruitment criteria and pilot structure that will inform launch plans 
  • Lead cross-functional teams across product, technical project management,  marketing, sales, and design to execute successful, collaborative, and on-time test plans and promotional programs 
  • Demonstrate data-driven rigor and a results-oriented approach by establishing key metrics to assess the success of marketing initiatives and tracking of performance against goals.  Capture and incorporate learnings from both metrics and customer feedback to influence the product roadmap 
  • Develop guidance on how to communicate with customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of how this impacts our customers - across copy, channels, and frequency
  • Create scalable processes and systems to streamline GTM for all incentives, regardless of which team launches them
  • Partner with content, brand and social marketing teams as well as comms to design and execute 360 degree marketing campaigns and initiatives to support product launches

Qualifications

  • Experience independently designing customer-facing marketing campaigns that drive customer retention and adoption 
  • Knowledge of principles of effective marketing communications across email and social media channels
  • Extraordinary ability to develop and manage work plans that are multi-team, multi-month and multi-step with high precision
  • Experience scoping and directing others (supporting team members, agency partners, etc.) in marketing production
  • Responsibility for and success in setting strategically-aligned metrics and tracking and evaluating results

Salary Range

California / New York: the pay range for this role is $132,000 - $181,500 per year.

Colorado / Washington / New Jersey: the pay range for this role is $119,000 - $163,500 per year.

Actual base pay will be based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
