About the Role:

Decagon is looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager to help shape how our customers understand, engage with, and derive value from Decagon. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop compelling messaging, drive go-to-market strategies, and support product adoption. You’ll play a key role in positioning Decagon as a category leader while ensuring our products effectively resonate with the right audiences.

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or AI company.

  • Are skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for various customer personas.

  • Have successfully led product launches, including developing positioning, collateral, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Thrive in cross-functional collaboration, working with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing partners to align on priorities and execution.

  • Have a passion for understanding customer needs, staying up-to-date on market and competitive research, and leveraging insights to refine go-to-market strategies.

  • Are data-driven and skilled at using analytics and performance metrics to refine marketing initiatives.

  • Have experience in AI-powered products and understand how to position them in a competitive landscape.

  • Have worked in an early-stage startup environment, where agility and adaptability are key.

  • Have helped build scalable processes for product marketing and GTM execution.

Compensation

$180K – $220K • Offers Equity
