About the Role:

Decagon is looking to hire its first Product Marketing Manager to lead the charge in shaping how our customers understand, engage with, and derive value from our AI-powered solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to craft compelling messaging, drive go-to-market strategies, and position Decagon as a category leader. You’ll be instrumental in defining the narrative for our products and ensuring their successful adoption in a competitive and fast-paced and rapidly growing market.

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in product marketing at a high-growth SaaS or AI company

  • Are skilled at translating complex technical concepts into compelling and clear messaging tailored to different audiences

  • Have successfully launched products or features from start to finish, including developing positioning, collateral, and go-to-market strategies

  • Are highly collaborative, working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to align on priorities and execution

  • Have a passion for understanding customers, conducting market research, and using data to inform decisions

Even better if you:

  • Have deep experience in AI products or a strong understanding of AI and its market landscape

  • Are adept at creating data-driven strategies and leveraging analytics to refine marketing campaigns

  • Have a proven track record of building scalable processes for product launches and marketing workflows

  • Have experience working in an early-stage startup environment, with the ability to adapt and thrive in ambiguity

Compensation

$175K – $215K • Offers Equity
