Today, our Crypto teams are focused on: (1) building products that help businesses acquire and serve their customers with cryptocurrencies and digital assets, and (2) powering the world’s leading crypto businesses including Binance, Moonpay, FTX, crypto.com, eToro, and Coinbase.
In this highly visible role, we’re looking for a seasoned product marketer familiar with the crypto payments sector who understands the power of exceptional go-to-markets and cares deeply about the customer experience. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Collaborating closely with both crypto and cross-functional teams (including Product, Commercial, Communications and broader Marketing team) at each stage of the product lifecycle to drive growth, from early discovery through to public launch and beyond
  • Creating alignment on the crypto product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Craft go-to-market strategies and partner with Marketing on marketing efforts to drive adoption and growth among crypto merchants and non-crypto merchants that we’ll enable with web3 technology
  • Utilizing a deep understanding of crypto merchants’ challenges, industry trends, and the competitive crypto landscape and solution offerings to incorporate into product development, go-to-markets, and sales enablement
  • Crafting core value propositions and product messaging for our crypto offering that targets specific verticals, personas, regions or competitors and enables Sales and Marketing to sell into key segments
  • Using both qualitative and quantitative measures to identify growth opportunities and bring the customer perspective to our Product teams
  • Providing tactical support such as developing marketing assets, sales materials, internal enablement and attending planning and review meetings 

ABOUT YOU:

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience working across API-based products and/or in a SaaS environment
  • Strong entrepreneurial and self-starter skills, comfortable in a high-growth environment and navigating ambiguity to make decisions and drive wider delivery without getting lost in detail
  • Experience in cryptocurrencies a significant plus; familiarity with the payments sector preferred; experience working with highly technical products can be a proxy
  • Based in US (East coast) preferred, partnering with the Crypto team in our fast-growing New York office
  • Experience in delivering operational and go-to-market plans that require input and execution from multiple teams
  • Experience in developing high-impact value propositions, positioning and messaging for target verticals, personas and regions
  • Experience in creating effective Sales materials to engage Enterprise-level accounts
  • Experience in influencing and driving strategic directions with a cross-functional team
