We are looking for a passionate and experienced product marketing manager to join the Consumer Product Marketing team and support the Experience Mission, who is responsible for many elements in the core consumer experience of Spotify.
This person will play a crucial role in partnership with Product Managers to advance Spotify’s consumer experience, and to build and execute awareness and engagement programs that match our audiences with the elements of Spotify that they love!

What you'll do
Ensure product success by developing differentiated positioning, stand-out product marketing and education assets that support product launch and ongoing promotion:
Work with Product, Design, Insights and Engineering teams to support the product development process by providing strategy, testing, and consumer insights to ensure product market fit.
Develop go-to-market strategy and oversee global product launches, collaborating with creative, channel and marketing analytics teams to drive sustained product adoption and growth.
Own and coordinate the marketing and communication strategy across Global and Regional Marketing, PR, Comms, Social, CRM and CS teams
Identify opportunities in the social discourse and drive reactive social activations showcasing the relevance of products and features
Develop ongoing product education plan for owned products and features, including targeted creative assets tailored to all relevant Spotify markets
Quantify performance of owned products and features, reporting out regularly to Product and Marketing leadership
Partner with regional marketing teams to expand product marketing programs to relevant markets and audience
Who you are
5+ of experience in product marketing for a tech, mobile, media, gaming or internet services company.
Passionate for consumer experiences, with a demonstrated ability to use insights and data to inform marketing strategy
Heavy user of social media with a strong awareness of current social trends, memes and discourse
Experience driving adoption of new products / services, understanding the key KPIs and measurement approaches
Experience with consumer marketing campaigns, managing the briefing process and strong creative judgement
Hands-on experience in defining a product’s positioning, preparing marketing briefs and building marketing go to market plans in collaboration with R&D, global and regional marketing teams
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with data scientists and insights teams to extract key information from reporting dashboards, define KPIs, measure campaign performance to produce internal campaign reports
Proven track record in building collaborative partnerships across multi-disciplinary teams, including product management, engineering, design, insights, data science
Ability to quickly connect product features and benefits with user needs and translate into value props and high-quality deliverables
Experience in driving reactive social media activations with short production cycles from concept to posting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization
Highly organized, with experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced multifaceted environment
International experience, working with disparate teams across time-zone
