Your future team
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support our IT Product Marketing team. You will help build awareness and adoption of Atlassian's IT service management solution,
Jira Service Management, by optimizing content performance. Your work will support Atlassian's flywheel business model and help our Enterprise team with compelling content and web experiences that drive the buyer journey.
What you'll do:
- Support content projects, contributing to blog posts, guides, webpages, videos, emails, one-pagers, sales enablement materials, and more
- Update our content asset inventory to stay aligned with product strategy and go-to-market priorities
- Contribute enablement and thought leadership content to support the enterprise sales cycle
- Implement SEO website recommendations like content reformatting, copyediting and rewriting, meta-data updates, and cross-linking
- Repackage and distribute content across multiple marketing channels to maximize reach
- Perform regular website QA to catch mistakes and broken components
- Foster organic content engagement through social media, Atlassian's user community, and other forums
- Help with digital and in-person events program execution
Your background:
- 2 to 4 years of marketing - B2B, SaaS, or enterprise experience
- Collaborative and eager to work with product marketing and partner teams
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate concern for detail, even on a deadline
- Understand content optimization principles

Product Marketing at Atlassian creates and executes the GTM strategy for all products across the Atlassian product portfolio by supporting our flywheel model and our approach to enterprise sales.
