Title: Product Marketing Manager
Duties: The Product Marketing Manager (multiple positions available) at Chime Financial, Inc. in San Francisco, California will be responsible for leading strategy, planning and execution of Go-to-Market plans for new product features and launches. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, Lifecycle, Product, Engineering, Design, and Research, to develop and activate go-to-market strategies ranging from top-of-funnel awareness campaigns down to lower-funnel conversion experiments and campaigns. Define, manage, and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing product initiatives including: audience segmentation and definition, product positioning, communications architecture, and launch and channel strategy. Partner closely with our User Research and Product teams to understand member behavior, needs and the broader competitive landscape; take a data-driven approach to understand user behavior and extract user insights that help develop compelling campaigns and drive impactful outcomes against company KRs; and define and operationalize the Product Marketing function at Chime.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a directly related field, plus 3 years of work experience in product marketing. The three years of work experience must include each of the following: (1) one year of experience working at a software technology company; (2) three years of experience developing go-to-market strategies for new B2B and B2C/B2B2C products; (3) three years of experience working in lean organizations with an emphasis on scaling product marketing processes to streamline cross-functional collaboration and alignment; (4) three years of experience launching products and campaigns at scale and optimizing adoption, engagement, and retention across each stage of the product lifecycle; (5) three years of experience working with engineering and product management to execute experimentation strategies for product launch campaigns; (6) three years of experience working on pricing, bundling and promotion strategies; (7) two years of experience with Business Intelligence tools including Looker or Tableau, and product analytics; (8) 1 year of experience planning and executing research methodologies including: Max Diff, TURF, or Conjoint analysis to inform brand and product positioning strategies.
