WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced and action-oriented Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy and execution for Braze Canvas Flow, our flagship journey orchestration tool. A successful candidate has a passion for reaching marketing buyers with the right messages, through the right channels, and at the right time.

This is a full-stack product marketing role. You will be responsible for all aspects of product marketing for Braze Canvas Flow. This includes creating differentiated positioning & messaging, serving as a subject matter expert, developing compelling collateral and marketing programs, staying up-to-date on market and competitive trends, and shaping the future product roadmap in partnership with Product. The Product Marketing team is extremely cross-functional. A successful candidate is comfortable fostering alignment across Marketing, Product, Sales, Partnerships, Growth, and Customer Success stakeholders to drive results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Shape our understanding and approach to competition in the market by leading intelligence gathering, strategy, and execution for a competitive market category and complex industry landscape.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to GTM teams (including sales, customer success, and onboarding) and ensure they have the training and marketing collateral they need.
  • Develop and lead GTM launch plans for Braze Canvas Flow, including new products, features, and enhancements.
  • Drive product adoption through thoughtful programs that educate our customers on the value that they can derive from Braze Canvas Flow.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis based on utilization trends and make recommendations to Product, Success, and Marketing teams on how to improve product adoption and stickiness.
  • Work closely with our product and UX teams to clarify customer needs and ensure that we make continuous improvements to our products.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B business (preferably SaaS). Marketing software experience preferred. Experience working with marketing automation tools is nice-to-have.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing buyer and user personas to drive sales and adoption.
  • Storyteller with excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to convey complex concepts to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Proven track record working collaboratively and across multiple teams and projects to take new products and features to the market.
  • Natural empathy for our internal and external stakeholders and cultural competency to skillfully engage culturally and geographically diverse audiences.
  • Self-starter and team player who thrives in ambiguity and proactively solves challenges.
  • Strong understanding of the product development process to effectively partner with Product and guide the product roadmap.
  • Metrics-driven and hyper-focused on results rooted in strategic and tactical execution.
