We are looking for a passionate product marketing manager to join the Consumer Product Marketing team to support a number of new initiatives passionate about establishing, growing and scaling paid content on Spotify.
In the coming years, Spotify will redefine what it means for creators to monetize their work, as well as how listeners discover and gain access to that paid content.
This person will play a crucial role in enabling audiences to listen to all of the paid audio that exists in the world on Spotify, from podcasts to audiobooks and beyond!
What you'll do
- Work with Product, Design, Insights and Engineering teams to support the product development process by providing strategy, testing, and consumer insights to ensure product market fit.
- Develop go-to-market strategy and lead all aspects of global product launches, collaborating with creative, channel and marketing analytics teams to drive sustained product adoption and growth.
- Partner with Business & Strategy teams to develop robust positioning strategies for paid content offerings on platform
- Develop ongoing product education plan for internal products and features, including targeted creative assets tailored to all relevant Spotify markets
- Quantify performance of owned products and features, reporting out regularly to Product and Marketing leadership
- Partner with regional marketing teams to expand product marketing programs to relevant markets and audiences
Who you are
- You have 5+ years of related experience in product marketing or growth marketing within a fast-paced tech environment
- You’re hardworking for consumer experiences, with a proven ability to use insights and data to inform our paid ecosystem - how data and revenue connect through the platform.
- Experience in crafting A/B testing, driving adoption of new products / services, and understanding the key KPIs and measurement approaches
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with data scientists and insights teams to extract key informations from reporting dashboards, define KPIs, measure campaign performance to produce internal campaign reports
- Proven track record in building collaborative partnerships across multi-disciplinary teams, including product management, engineering, design, insights, data science
- Ability to quickly connect product features and benefits with user needs and translate into value props and high-quality deliverables
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and can influence and communicate cross-functionally at all levels of the organization
- Highly organized, with experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- International experience, working with disparate teams across time-zones
