ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading lifecycle go-to-market strategies to drive growth and engagement for the Peloton App. This role will lead the strategy and execution of product and lifecycle marketing campaigns to our App audiences, with a focus on driving upgrades to our Connected Fitness portfolio.

​​We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of driving key business metrics through tactics deployed across owned marketing channels, like email, push, in-app, and SMS. Experience with other marketing channels outside of owned is a plus.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic, and analytical problem solver who is a great teammate (no job is too small or too large), works well within ambiguity, can clearly communicate a vision and uses data to drive marketing-led growth. 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns for App audiences with a focus on lower funnel activities, like engagement and upsell
  • Develop and lead the Connected Fitness promotional strategy for App, determining how promotions and key seasonal campaigns should intersect to drive performance 
  • Leverage data and research to develop insights that influence pricing / promotional strategies, product development, and marketing campaign activations
  • Be a champion of our App Members, ensuring they are receiving the most relevant and contextual communications based on their behavior, tenure, and other insights 
  • Execute and analyze A/B test plans to improve engagement performance and conversion rates
  • Continuously test, learn and iterate on our App Lifecycle strategy and identify the best performing content and messages across audiences and stages
  • Closely collaborate with Product Marketers across different product areas and geographies on Peloton-wide initiatives and campaigns

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 5+ years of experience in a related role; 2+ in lifecycle, product, or full-stack marketing roles
  • 3+ years experience using marketing automation tools like Braze, Iterable, or SalesForce 
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing programs driving cross-sell and upsell
  • Experience driving and carrying out global projects with many collaborators
  • Proven data-first approach to building products and solving business needs
  • Experience in marketing in an innovative, fast-paced and customer-centric environment
  • Forward thinking, organized, and meticulous
  • Strong empathy for customers
