We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Team in Berlin!

In your role as Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy, guide the product-market fit and adoption of a part of Babbel's product portfolio. You will work with Product teams to ideate, test and validate new features and products that bring value to our customers. You will collaborate with Brand teams to define in-market messaging and creative assets that strengthen our customer value proposition.

You will:

  • Define the customer value proposition and business value of new and existing product ideas & features, guiding the messaging and product positioning to clearly articulate their value 
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies for Babbel’s product innovation ideas & features, including go-to-market activations & integrated campaigns
  • Be responsible for the articulation and implementation of product marketing campaigns
  • Generate market & user insights through competitive intelligence, trend scouting, studies and data mining
  • Guide Babbel's lifecycle communications via email, push and in-app messaging, to influence the user onboarding, activation and engagement, in collaboration with the CRM team
  • Report to the Product Marketing Team Lead

You have:

  • Several years of experience in product marketing or portfolio management, lead go-to-market activities and marketing campaigns across channels 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Linguistics or a related field
  • Experience working side by side product managers and engineers to design experiences that span across marketing channels and apps
  • Knowledgeable and empathetic about the user journey across multiple devices
  • Strong user experience sensibilities and familiarity with platform UI best practices
  • Insight generation skills, a strong analytical mindset and a good business sense
  • Excellent project management skills in a cross-functional environment
