The Role
As the first product marketer for Alchemy Amplify, you'll own and drive the strategy and marketing execution for one of the core products supporting our leading Web3 developer platform. Alchemy Amplify is our marketing engine for active companies that choose Alchemy to build their products on. Amplify leverages our large community and audience to effectively generate visibility and distribution on exciting products within the blockchain space. Amplify partners include: SushiSwap, Yearn, Zerion, ShapeShift, and many more.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, define and execute a full product marketing strategy and roadmap that focuses on continuously improving this core product.
- Develop the majority of the external content for this initiative, including case studies, partnerships posts, and other viral content on social platforms.
- Own all communications channels and relationship with partners that apply to the Amplify program and manage the application process.
- Suggest new product features to include in the Amplify suite that aim to benefit the customer and/or Alchemy’s brand
- Massively increase the participants in the Certified Infrastructure Alliance
- Ensure selected customers and partners are being amplified properly across various channels
- Keep track of Amplify partner launches and major updates
- Manage all aspects of content launches, from messaging to press to social media
- Build a marketing on-boarding process to showcase all newly signed enterprise customers

What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years relevant experience in Product Marketing
- Ideally, 1+ years working in developer platform, infrastructure, or developer tools companies with experience marketing to developers is preferred
- Experience successfully developing, executing, and managing a product marketing strategy with little oversight at an early-stage company
- Experience managing relationships with customers
- Ability to create content and a content strategy in order to engage a wide audience, including developers, VCs, business folks, etc
- Experience creating, managing, and executing product launches
- Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual
- Experience with PR/comms and social media is a plus
- Experience writing content related to Web3/crypto is a plus
