About the Job:

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to focus on product launches, competitive intelligence and enablement. This role will report to the Director of Product Marketing and work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Sales Enablement teams. The position is full-time and remote, with at least 4 hours per day in ET working hours.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the go-to-market launch process for new products and key components of the Airbase platform, providing strategy, messaging, and coordinating structured launches that drive adoption and sales success. Through this process ensure alignment with cross-functional teams from Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and more.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Airbase product and features, act as the subject matter expert on key areas of the product. 
  • Provide messaging, value propositions, benefits, and material to support marketing and sales programs.
  • Be the subject matter expert (SME) on our product and key competitors’ products, business, sales, and marketing strategies.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain product comparison tables, lists, and supporting content highlighting product differentiators.
  • Analyze competitive information on websites, marketing materials, analyst reports, 3rd party review sites, and pricing/packaging.
  • Create and regularly share executive summaries to ensure Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Product teams are abreast of the latest information.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales Enablement teams to help inform and drive competitive take-out strategies.
  • Participate in webinars, conferences, and follow the latest industry developments. Follow our competitor’s strategy and tactics, and identify strategic opportunities to pursue.
  • Execute competitive win/loss reviews with Sales and Partner teams to ensure a clear understanding of competitive dynamics.
  • Support the creation of marketing content, competitive intelligence, and additional research projects as needed.

What You'll Bring:

  • MBA from a top business school preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a research or product marketing role.
  • Relevant work experience or education in SaaS software, strategy consulting or field-facing competitive intelligence.
  • Strong communication skills, with the proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable field guidance and differentiated positioning.
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and comfortable working with various technologies and interfaces.
  • A maniacal focus on meeting deadlines and producing tangible results.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong program management skills. Highly cross-functional, detail-oriented, with the ability to partner with different stakeholders and teams across the company.
  • Self-starter with the ability to succeed in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
