The salary below has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, above or below, depending on experience and location.

Job Duties

  • Partner with the product team to develop and implement a world-class product go-to-market and launch strategy.
  • Leverage expert understanding of Webflow’s products, use cases, and competitive markets to drive unique market positioning, messaging & sales strategies.
  • Lead customer interviews/market research and redefine our view of the competitive landscape to influence decisions regarding the roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Evaluate and optimize team processes and frameworks to improve the effectiveness of product launches and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and communicate Webflow’s value proposition through training and marketing materials that support lead-nurturing, conversion, and customer retention efforts.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and growth teams to meet revenue and customer goals.
  • Build and deliver on Ecosystem product, marketing and sales initiatives that support Webflow's overall growth.
  • Drive cross-functional projects and alignment on Webflow Marketplace.
  • Support product and marketing leadership on key updates to the Executive Leadership team.

Job Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Technical Communications or related field. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 2 years of experience in a related Product Marketing role is acceptable.

  • Requires 5 years of experience in a related Product Marketing role and
    • End-to-end go-to-market project management using Asana and project management techniques to manage deadlines.
    • Building integrated marketing strategy with cross-functional stakeholders and managing towards company-level goals.
    • Building canonical messaging, competitive analysis and running Alpha and Beta product launch programs.
  • Requires 3 years of experience in Launching lifecycle marketing programs using tools such as Marketo and Iterable and
    • Launching brand campaigns brand strategy from scratch.
    • HTML/CSS, SEO/SEM, CRO + A/B Testing.
  • Requires 2 years of experience in Webflow, Figma and Amplitude.
