As Warmly’s Product Marketing Lead you’ll own all things from onboarding emails to 1:1 customer interactions. This means being the user champion across the organization and continuously sharing insights you learn from your interactions with our customers. It also means automating how Warmly educates and engages with its customers through technology (email, intercom, and any other channels you see fit). To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator and have some experience running email campaigns.
The perfect candidate is someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of marketing and user research, but also has some experiences in the Sales world. We need someone who enjoys being a jack-of-all trades and operates with an extreme ownership mindset.
What you’ll do
-Be our user champion
-Identify customer needs by interacting with them regularly and liaison with Product & Engineering to resolve any challenges users face.
-Educate and help onboard users by building robust email drip campaigns promoting our features and functionality. If need be, reach out and set up calls to help users get set up on the platform.
-Partner with product to come up ideas that can increase user engagement and own raising awareness for these new features
-Optimize email engagement by interviewing our user base for feedback and by running A/B tests
-Manage and expand our help center website so that users have a self-service solution for supportAnalyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
Who you are
-2-4 years of experience in product marketing or customer success
-You’ve run email campaigns in the past and have familiarity with Customer.io or SendGrid
-Employ a customer-first mentality and don’t shy away from hopping on calls with users and enjoy asking questions
-Intense work ethic and growth mindset - we refer to this type of person as a "Learning Animal"
-You’re a strong written and verbal communicator
