The Role:
We are currently hiring for a Product Marketing Leader. This is a critical marketing role that will be responsible for driving high-level strategy and product adoption for Privacy & Security products at Mozilla. In this work, you will drive market landscape and consumer analyses, advise long-term business and product strategy, and bring products to market with compelling marketing activations. You’ll understand and advocate for user needs and launch thought-provoking and inspirational marketing programs.
To do this, you’ll build deep partnerships with product, design and engineering leadership, as well as cross-channel marketing partners to build a connection between product strategy and marketing strategy.
You are:
A customer-centric, analytical, creative, and results-oriented marketing leader who thrives in ambiguity and challenges the status quo! You have deep customer emotional intelligence and are adept with data and insights. You’re a strong and collaborative partner with the ability to translate across technical, data, and creative teams and motivate action with cross-functional partners. You can communicate strategies, results, and insights optimally, to all levels of the organization. You have a proven track record successfully leading through influence. You have successfully led and coached teams of marketers.
