The impact you’ll make within the team:

  • Lead the Product Marketing team to define and evolve our product marketing strategy supporting multiple brands and markets
  • You’ll define the framework for developing our strategy, reporting on performance and driving engagement across the business
  • With a focus on simplification you’ll enable us to scale. You’ll mentor the team to focus on the biggest opportunities, making trade off decisions to drive focus within our newly merged business, being a key stakeholder in how we communicate product benefits to our customers
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure the strategy is understood and executed, working closely with Digital & Physical Product, Commercial, Brand and Channel owners.
  • You’ll be passionate about our products and the value they offer to customers, you’ll build a Product Marketing team with the goal of making it one of the industries best, you’ll have experience in developing teams with a goal oriented culture and a focus on delivering best in class customer experiences

You’ll be responsible for leading the Product Marketing team and strategy for the Albelli-Photobox group

  • Create and evolve the Product Marketing strategy – understanding how we are performing in the market today, which customers, use cases and marketing strategies we should focus on to create opportunities for our brands and markets
  • Gather Market Intelligence to support the strategy from market sizing and growth to customer needs, and behaviours.
  • Understand the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities to differentiate
  • Regular monitoring and reporting on Product Performance to develop Product Insights that can be used to inform future strategy and tactics,
  • Lead a team of 3 product marketing managers to develop the strategies for our core categories
  • Create, evolve and communicate the Product Positioning & Storylines – ensuring that Physical Product, Brand teams & Channel owners fully understand the needs our products satisfy for customers, how the products are differentiated in the market, and what communication strategies will resonate with customers
  • Working together with our Commercial, Channel and Brand teams to set Marketing priorities and identify key campaign themes. Co-ordinating cross-functional efforts through the OKR process,
  • Execute on selected Go-To-Market and Marketing/Commercial initiatives,
  • Provide input to the Site Experience teams to optimise the end to end flows for our key products,
  • Provide input to our Physical Product teams to optimise physical product quality and guide our sustainability positioning,
  • Contribute to New Product Introduction by coordinating all Go-To-Market aspects,

Must Have Experience:

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written with strong communication and influencing skills
  • Candidate must have minimum 6 years of experience in pan-European /global eCommerce environments with 3+ years of experience directly managing a team and stakeholders in a leadership role
  • Experience working in a multi brand portfolio business
  • Strong understanding of strategy, research, and product positioning,brand management and ecommerce marketing
  • Experience working with product and tech teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into useful insights
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing a high performing team
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross functional projects within a complex organisation
  • Strong executional skills- an ability to synthesise information, to break a problem into its component parts, to prioritise by value, to efficiently manage a meeting, to make and defend decisions and to make hard tradeoffs.
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organisation

Nice to Have Experience:

  • Understanding of the printing industry and manufacturing process
  • Experience working within the OKR process

Hybrid Working

We ask that the team spend a minimum of 10% of their month in the office, but team members typically choose to spend 1-2 days a week in person with colleagues. We have offices based across London, Amsterdam and Barcelona and you can apply for this role from any of those locations.
