We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Lead to help us scale an emerging business focused on Credit within Plaid. As a Product Marketing Lead focused on Credit, you will have the opportunity to lead a cross-functional team and work directly with our COO, CTO, Go-To-Market leads and Credit GM to build and scale this exciting new business within Plaid.
The ideal candidate needs to be highly strategic, have an in-depth understanding of the lending industry, and have a customer mindset. They would need to be able to work across multiple cross functional teams.

- Direct revenue responsibility for the newly formed Credit business
- Developing go-to-market strategies and driving growth for new products and features
- Collaborating with product managers, marketing channels, sales, business operations, and engineering to GTM effectively
- Becoming an expert in our products and product roadmap to clearly communicate them to customers and partners
- Managing customer engagement and feedback, collateral development, and scaled customer communication
- Partnering with Product, Design, Sales, Growth, and Support teams to collect customer feedback and derive customer insights to improve product features and create a robust product strategy
