Bynder is looking for a rockstar Product Marketing Intern to join the team. You will be working closely with the product marketing team, as well as the sales, product and customer success teams on different day-to-day activities, such as bringing new products to market, creating marketing materials, and coordinating key initiatives. As part of the product marketing team, you will be regularly joining stand-ups, doing market research, and gathering proof points. You will be responsible for creatively communicating the value of our products’ offerings, in a way that resonates with different customer segments. You have a passion for navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and influencing strategy. You demonstrate a collaborative spirit, strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal and analytical skills. You know how to adapt quickly, optimize for learning at every step, and evaluate tradeoffs. You’re committed to working systematically and operating in a continuously improving and outcome-focused environment.

You’re a big believer in the power of quality content and can equally be a brand champion- helping us represent the problem space we help our customers with.

Your key responsibilities

  • Coordinate key initiatives
  • Track, monitor and communicate new developments
  • Participate in defining the pricing and packaging of our product
  • Create and iterate on content and collateral to aid adoption; partner with Sales Enablement to measure the impact of materials and messaging.
  • Develop scaled outreach and create content to educate customers on connect (i.e. webinars, emails, etc)

Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: experience presenting to leadership and creating content, decks, or other collateral
  • Strong ability to synthesize large amounts of information and present to different audiences in clear and effective ways
  • Be forward-thinking, well organized, and have an obsession for detail
  • Passion, energy, focus and enthusiasm for both the role and our business.
  • A self-starter attitude with experience managing and prioritising your own workload.
  • An ability to get things done quickly (whilst maintaining quality); working to a pace.
  • A team-player who works as well with others as well as individually.
  • Strong opinions, loosely held - you have no fear when it comes to contributing ideas and participating in discussions with the team. You’re also happy to take critique, self-improve and move forward fast.
  • Innovation - you need to be open and willing to adopt new ways of working. Our processes are constantly evolving and we always look to take a lean approach.
  • Customer focus - You should always be thinking, “What can I be doing to deliver the most value to our customers?”
  • Continuous improvement- you’re always looking for ways to better yourself, your team and company processes
