We're looking for a new PMM to join our team to help us maximizing the product awareness and new customer acquisition.
This role is responsible for developing and executing programs that source and deliver customer evidence and social proof that will be distributed across revenue teams (sales, customer success), marketing channels (web, marketing collateral, webinars, events, earned and paid media, social), and PR. You will partner with customer success, sales enablement, content marketing, field marketing, product management, and PR, to determine the best channels and formats for promoting referenceable customers to build and increase trust. As an internal evangelist for the customer, you will also help to collect and communicate relevant customer inputs to help shape marketing messages.
As a key part of the Core PMM team, you'll also manage and optimize internal enablement for sales and CSM and assets orchestration alongside the Revenue Enablement team to prepare the teams for the next stages.
Key missions
- Customer marketing: Build trust through Customer marketing and Customer advocacy
- Create the strategy behind and develop customer love
- Embedding the voice of our customers in every product launch, enablement & overall brand
- Interview and capture customer use cases and product feedback to turn them into engaging customer testimonials
- Leverage customer stories through various formats (testimonials, videos, webinars, social...) to drive awareness and conversion
- Collect and analyze data and validated stats, top logos and quotes demonstrate the value of our solutions to prospects
- Craft and coordinate campaigns and drive distribution plan in collaboration with Brand Design, Website, Campaign Managers and Field Marketing
- Own review sites (G2, Trustpilot, Capterra...) and the associated campaigns to increase number of reviews and ratings
- Partner with User Community PMM to identify key voices to promote
- Revenue Enablement: Empower Revenue teams with engaging collaterals to drive conversion
- Support roll-out of revised personas and prioritized vertical with dedicated assets to reach to new market segments
- Curate and package suitable assets including sales deck, product videos, presentations, best practices, pagers, etc to help revenue teams to engage and educate prospects and customers
- Support GTM teams to understand the business needs and develop sales enablement programs to support sales readiness and effectiveness
- Partner with Product, Sales Enablement and Revenue teams on a regular basis
- Manage the Commercial Hub (Sales Enablement content library) and ensure that client-facing teams have access to the latest materials
- Support Product Launches & Competitive Intelligence

- 2+ years of work experience in marketing.

- Speaks natively French and English or German
