YOUR MISSION

As a CRM Technical Specialist, you will play a meaningful role in developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation strategies using the Braze platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including tech, analytics, marketing, design, and development to implement effective and personalized customer engagement.

THE JOURNEY

  • Work closely with CRM Marketing Specialists to understand program requirements and translate them into effective user-personalised automation strategies using SQL and Braze
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimization of marketing automation workflows to improve campaign performance
  • Write and optimize liquid logic for dynamic content rendering and personalization within Braze
  • Customize templates, content blocks, and campaigns/canvas within the Braze platform
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs, solutions and prototypes
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, standard processes, and new features within marketing automation platforms
  • Help with integrations within platforms via SFTP, REST API and Webhooks
  • Help with segment and data extraction through SQL
  • Keep technical documentation up to date

What You Will Bring To The Ride

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field
  • Tech savvy with experience in developing and implementing marketing automation strategies using CRM platforms such as Braze, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sailthru or Iterable
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and integration with marketing automation tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing automation implementation
  • Intermediate/Advanced experience with SQL and Phyton for data manipulation and extraction
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and other programming languages is a must. Experience with responsive design is an advantage
  • Experience in crafting and customizing email templates, content blocks, and landing pages within marketing automation platforms
  • Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice To Have

  • Certification in Braze or other marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with mobile app development and SDK integration
