About The Opportunity

WeWork is looking for a Product Manager who is compelled by the unique opportunity to reinvent how the core business functions of Marketing, Sales and Finance work in unisom to deliver exceptional business performance. This role will be focused on optimizing how WeWork acquires users into our various product funnels across WeWork.com.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver WeWork’s vision and strategy. In this role, you will report directly to a Product Lead on the team for day-to-day mentorship and on career development.
WeWork Product Managers collaborate with dedicated teams of engineers, designers, and partners to build and ship scalable solutions. We seek energetic, passionate, ambitious people who have worked in agile environments and push the boundaries of what’s possible. We are looking for product managers who are equally adept at data thinking and design thinking, considering both analytics and research to synthesize a clear vision for the future.
Position Responsibilities
Drive discovery of WeWork products in partnership with Marketing, Sales, & Finance Operations to evolve the customer journey into compelling experiences, facilitating a consumer-centric approach that will enhance engagement with WeWork’s products, services, and drive sales
Collaborate with the Marketing teams to optimize marketing engagements and acquisition funnels through reusable and automated tools, processes and technology.
Drive the consolidation of WeWork’s referrals finance operations and customer engagement, while collaborating with peers and stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Legal and Finance.
Employ a Growth mindset to proactively identify growth opportunities across all customer channel(s) touchpoints.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance and Marketing teams to run campaigns and align on incentive strategy
Develop, scope, and prioritize business requirements into product requirement documents
Maintain consistent feedback loops from internal stakeholders and users of the product to gather ideas for unmet needs and general feedback collection
Responsible for collaborating with PMs, engineers, and designers, to break down requirements and user research into tangible pieces of work for the team
Drive sprint rituals, including team Standup, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, and Sprint Retrospective
Responsible for feature-specific planning, feature roadmap development, and integration of feature vison with the larger product vision/strategy
Ensure ability to measure metrics to measure the impact of a specific feature are implemented correctly and analyze product data to derive insights to assist in the prioritization and post release optimization of the products
Addresses and responds to issues raised during the rollout & maintenance of specific features and general prioritization and triage of issues for a product
Responsible for documenting and communicating feature updates to stakeholders, launch updates for tech, and participate in product demos
Create product overviews for support and community, while maintaining public and internal knowledge bases
Conducts and facilitates user experience testing and research in collaboration with designers
Required Qualifications/Profile
3+ years of proven working experience in product management, specifically in leading cloud-based enterprise-grade products in an agile startup environment.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
Intellectual and professional curiosity
Highly analytical; experience using excel and other analytical tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail and project management skills
Highly Preferred
Hands-on experience with payments technology
Experience with Data Platforms and specifically Amplitude or Tableau
Previous experience in Marketing and conversion optimization mindset
Certified Scrum Product Owner is a plus
