What you'll do
- Work with teams across Emma to build and drive an overarching digital roadmap
- Collaborate with the UX team to identify customer needs and market gaps, define new product features or enhancements and help manage development timelines
- Guide project formation and execution from the idea stage to launch
- Analyze competitors and stay on top of trends
- Prioritize the implementation of nw features and set specific timelines
- Collaborate with teams to ensure proper positioning and experience for new products
- Create support and training documents for internal and external users
- coordinate with the engineering department to groom backlog and deliver functional solutions
- Represent the team to stakeholders, partners and internal teams in order to align resources and communicate progress
What you'll bring to us
- Desire to build a great product experience
- Previous work experience as a Product -or Project Manager in a digital environment
- Proven experience managing entire project lifecycles involving UX Designers, visual designers and software developers
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Jira or Trello) and ideally experience with agile methodologies like Scrum
- Ability to prioritize, drive decisions and deal with multiple projects and deadlines whilst keeping team engaged and on task
- Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior and marketing techniques
- Good technical understanding combined with strong business sense
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and external stakeholders
- Highly adaptable to changing environments
