The Job

We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to lead our web onboarding team at Flo. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through effective onboarding strategies that convert web traffic into subscribers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, particularly in web-based applications, and a deep understanding of user acquisition, conversion optimisation, and user experience.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing web-based applications and user onboarding processes.
  • Solid grasp of digital marketing, user acquisition strategies, and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Proficient in A/B testing, user research, and utilizing data analytics.
  • Proven ability to launch successful consumer products based on user-centered insights.
  • Strong capacity to navigate ambiguity and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a knack for negotiating and collaborating with engineers and designers.
  • Competency in making informed, data-driven decisions using both quantitative and qualitative insights.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Onboarding Strategy Development: Design and implement tailored onboarding processes that align with the marketing messages and user expectations set by ads on various platforms (Google, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Growth Hacking Strategies: Employ a variety of growth hacking techniques to increase user acquisition and conversion rates. Experiment with and iterate on different onboarding tactics to identify the most effective approaches.
  • Collaboration with Marketing and Checkout Teams: Work closely with the User Acquisition (UA) and Web Checkout teams to ensure alignment between marketing messages, pricing strategies, and the onboarding experience.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Regularly conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continually refine and improve the onboarding process.
  • Personalised User Journeys: Creating custom onboarding flows based on user segments and their interactions with different ad campaigns, ensuring a personalised and relevant experience.
  • Cross-Platform Integration: Seamlessly integrate the web onboarding experience with our mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive user journey across platforms.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage analytics to track onboarding effectiveness, user behaviour, and conversion trends. Regularly report insights and progress to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, including design, engineering, content, and customer service, to deliver a cohesive and effective onboarding experience.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to inform and evolve our onboarding approach.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all onboarding activities comply with data protection and privacy laws. Uphold best practices in user experience and digital marketing.

Salary Range: 
Lithuania - €€5500 – €6500 gross per month.

Ranges may vary depending on your skills, competencies and experience.
