We're looking for a driven, talented, and curious product manager to join our team and be among the first hires at a high-growth, industry-changing, and globally-minded technology company.

RESPONSIBILITES
- Work closely with the Head of Product and Lead Software Architect to plan and scope product features
- Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
- Conduct user interviews and research throughout the life-cycle of a feature
- Drive planning and prioritization of features and tasks
- Defining and track key metrics
- Collaborate on marketing, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans
- Review test-cases to ensure coverage
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years experience as a professional product manager (preferably at a company with less than 50 people)
- Are comfortable working on both technical platforms and user-facing features
- Have experience conducting user research
- Experience working in Figma or other wire-framing tools to help articulate ideas and concepts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Has an incredible attention to detail, meticulous and systematic
- Has a desire to always go above and beyond
- Has a desire to be the best at their craft

- Candidates are required to be located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX. Way is building a workplace environment of team members who are passionate and excited to be together in person at its space in downtown Austin to continue to enable our fast-paced growth trajectory.
