The Support Products team develops and applies technology at all points of the user support journey to solve customer problems at scale, unlocking growth across Stripe’s product suite.
As a Product Manager on the Support Products PM team, you’ll be responsible for defining Stripe’s user support experience across existing and future user segments. You will define the front-door to Stripe across all Stripe’s product surfaces, and craft the strategy that enables teams across Stripe to execute at high velocity while providing world class support.
A strong Support Experience PM will:
- Deeply understand Stripe’s userbase through direct conversation, qualitative and quantitative research.
- Create the strategies for delivering an effective support experience for user segments as diverse as platforms, developers, consumers, and solopreneurs.
- Deliver a vision for the future of Stripe’s touchpoints with our users
- Define and build a product support platform that empowers Product teams at Stripe to build a world class support experience for their users.
Our ideal Product Manager will be relentlessly user-focused, comfortable in ambiguity, have strong technical skills, and the desire to create something new.
