Why is this opportunity being created ?
In the market today, the charge experience is usually very steep and functional. Users usually complain about a minimalist experience (no roof, no services) and even a poorly designed station (no enough space, cables too short for their vehicles).
Leveraging both digital (app, supervision) and physical (station, IoT) products, Electra has the ambition to create the best charging service in Europe. The design of the stations is a cornerstone of this experience. This is why Electra is building a new team dedicated to the design of the stations.
Main challenge:
As a Product Manager in charge of the Station Design will need to optimise the station upon 3 criteria: the charge experience, the technical feasibility and cost-optimisation, and the attraction of traffic. By doing so, you will need to coordinate different types of ressources at Electra (Designers, Architects, Project Managers, Realization Managers) and align different senior stakeholders within the organisation.
