Help shape the next generation of ecommerce for the next generation of consumer.

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team, focusing on the selling experience on StockX. You will use data, user research, and experimental methods to devise a strategy and set a product roadmap, and work with stakeholders in marketing, business development, finance, customer service, and operations to ensure the products you launch are effective for sellers on Stockx, and for the company. You will embed directly into a cross-functional agile team, define requirements, and solutions in real-time.

An ideal candidate will have an informed point of view regarding the customer’s values, the current state of the experience, and the path to a better outcome. Candidates should lead with data and be comfortable interacting with senior leadership, as well as data, design, and engineering team members.

You will focus on the end-to-end selling experience, which we aim to make the top global destination to sell in-demand products. You will launch tools and experiences to support casual and professional sellers alike, from around the world. You will be charged with growing the selling side of our business and ensuring a healthy marketplace for all StockX users.

What You Will Do

  • Work with key stakeholders to set strategy, define the product roadmap, and make appropriate trade-offs between features, speed, and quality.
  • Drive execution and delivery cadence, balancing business needs with technical constraints.
  • Prioritize product enhancements as well as customer and stakeholder requests by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment.
  • Collect and use qualitative and quantitative data from user research and A/B testing to de-risk hypotheses and prove positive results.
  • Structure regular reporting and channel performance reviews to educate and influence other Product Managers and business leaders.
  • Take responsibility for outcomes by setting clear objectives and key results on a quarterly basis.

About You

  • 2+ years of product management or program management experience in a technology focused business
  • Experience in two-sided marketplace or e-commerce product management
  • Experience in developing experiences across web, IOS and Android
  • Independently driven, resourceful, and able to deliver results with minimal direction
  • Demonstrated business judgment as well as ability to think creatively, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize solutions against important OKRs and KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to drive business insights (i.e. advanced Excel)
  • Experience delivering complex projects in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience in Jira, Tableau, SQL, Google Analytics and A/B testing tools a plus.
About Us

In a world where consumers increasingly value self-expression and individuality, the market for hard-to-find fashion, collectibles, and electronics has never been hotter. Our global platform offers unique access to current culture while our data-driven, bid-ask model provides buyers with the real-time visibility to know they’re getting a fair price.
With key leadership and an inspiring vision in place, we believe we’re poised for significant growth: into new product verticals, new audiences, and new geographies. To get there we’re looking for flexible, all-in teammates who are excited by ownership and the opportunity to take on emerging challenges.
If you’re a doer who’s ready to solve tough problems with plenty of laughs along the way, we’d love to hear from you. We welcome, embrace, and respect all dimensions of diversity. We’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where all team members are valued, supported, and respected—and no, you don’t need to know a thing about sneakers or fashion.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
