Your future team
Our Sales Technology team is comprised of people with backgrounds in partnering with GTM teams to deliver excellent outcomes with world class systems and tools, including Salesforce and its ecosystem of connected applications. We discover, develop, and deliver technology solutions that empower Atlassian's revenue teams to reach their goals.
Atlassian is looking for an enthusiastic, detail oriented,and collaborative Product Managerto lead the prioritisation and execution of Atlassian'sSales Technology team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Technology Product. You are a Product Manager with a background in applying a product mindset to GTM technology, such as Salesforce and its ecosystem of connected applications. Here, you'll work as part of a growing team, owning your product focus area from problem discovery through impact analysis.
What you'll do
- Apply your experience with Salesforce and its ecosystem of connected applications, to deliver successful solutions
- Be passionate about turning a vague user need into a defined feature through documentation, collaboration, and empathy for the end-user.
- Collaborate with you GTM partners to define problems, requirements, manage trade-offs.
- Establish relationships with your internal partners and team.
- Lead without formal authority. Share the credit, have fun, and move it forward.
- Distill the work that has the greatest impact on strategic objectives then break it down into clear, actionable requirements and business process flows.
- Balance the tactical daily skills with a strategic focus on moving the needle.
Your background
- Strong Product oriented mindset with subject matter expertise in go-to-market technology to drive alignment to company's strategic objectives.
- Experience passion for turning chaos into clarity.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing multiple SalesForce projects using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Partner Communities, Lightning, CPQ.
- 3+ years working as a Product Manager, Sr. Business Systems Analyst, or Product Owner in a Scrum environment. CSPO certification is great, but don't worry, we'll train you if you don't have it.
- Salesforce Certification(s) will help you succeed. (Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, App Builder, Community Consultant)
- Prior experience working with a Scrum team in a SaaS company using cloud applications like Salesforce, Marketo, Anaplan, NetSuite, or MuleSoft.
- BS/MS in Information Systems, Business, or related experience.
