About the team

Stripe is working on making the global financial system programmable. This is one of the largest opportunities for impact in the history of computing, on par with the rise of modern operating systems. As part of this effort, it is important to not only help users programmatically move funds, but to enable the automation of revenue acquisition, revenue management, billing, revenue accounting, and data management. Our users need to be able to integrate Stripe with their own CRM and ERP systems like Salesforce, Netsuite, Quickbooks. Our Platform Integrations team is the backbone for building these first party integrations.

What you’ll do

As a Product Manager at Stripe, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and expansion of platform integrations. In this high-impact position, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our  first party integrations, such as Salesforce CPQ Connector, Netsuite Connector, Quickbooks Connector. You'll work in close collaboration with your peers across Stripe’s extensive portfolio of Payments, Revenue, and Financial Management products.

Your primary focus will be to gain a deep understanding of the diverse needs of our users, ranging from startups to large global enterprises. Leveraging this knowledge, you will spearhead the strategy, execution, and revenue growth for the integrations suite, ensuring that our solutions consistently exceed the expectations of our users. 

Your work at Stripe, with its vast user base and global reach, will influence millions of businesses globally, including the world's top rapidly expanding tech companies that rely on our integrations to import and export data.

Responsibilities

  • Be a versatile and strategic product manager – someone who excels in product design/UX, demonstrates strong technical acumen, employs platform thinking and strategy to our products, and can clearly articulate and execute the product ecosystem vision.
  • Develop a multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for Stripe Connectors
  • Be accountable for product roadmaps, resource planning, and release cadence
  • Drive sales and product discussions with our most important users and partners to ensure that we achieve our targets
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, product marketing, customer and user-facing teams at Stripe to deliver exceptional products and experiences that delight our customers
  • Work directly with current and potential Stripe customers to gain insights into their needs and challenges.
  • Lead initiatives to build 0 → 1 products and experiences while scaling existing products in market

Who you are

  • Product experience: You have 4+ years of experience in a product role, leading and scaling products with significant strategic scope and complexity.
  • Fast pace: You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in navigating ambiguity, and is driven to make a meaningful impact.
  • Customer-centric approach: You have a history of driving customer engagements, empathizing with the challenges that businesses face, and effectively communicating the value of your products to users.
  • Analytical prowess: You demonstrate a strong aptitude for digging deep into data, thinking from first principles, and consistently delivering optimal results.
  • Exceptional communication skills: You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to articulate customer problems with precision and engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You have entrepreneurial experience or enjoy working on new, green-field products, embracing the challenge of creating innovative solutions in an ever-evolving market.
