Product Manager, Reconciliation Product

About the Role:

The Reconciliation Product team builds critical financial products that assure the accuracy and completeness of Remitly's internal financial data and are keystone to the health, timeliness, and accuracy of our financial statements.

As a Product Manager on Reconciliation, you oversee the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of game-changing products that assure our financial health. You excel at collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders, including developers, analysts, operations, finance, customer care, and executives. You are an effective communicator who is not afraid to dig deep into the details but can also summarize and present the salient points to senior leadership.

You Will:

• Build the roadmap and lead the development of solutions to improve the speed, accuracy, and coverage of the reconciliation program.
• Work with stakeholders to define the product roadmap and feature launches.
• Leverage data and qualitative insights to inform the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.
• Keep abreast of vendor solutions that may meet internal requirements and work with them on implementation.
• Define and monitor critical business metrics that measure the impact of the team's strategies on customer behavior and the business.
• Monitor launched products and feed insights back into product development.
• You will work closely with the leadership of the Finance Product organization, in addition to Reconciliation, Accounting, and Treasury counterparts.

You Have:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Experience working with finance, accounting, treasury, or similar teams
• You're motivated by creating a meaningful impact for our customers and business. You're excited to take on a variety of projects to help your product and team be successful.
