At Spotify, we unlock the podcast industry’s potential by connecting creators, brands & listeners. We use Spotify’s unique data to power podcast publisher partnerships in ad sales, operations, and audience growth across Spotify—and on our enterprise podcast platforms Megaphone.
We are looking for an analytical and creative Product Manager to lead the Podcast Content Management team to build publishing tools that help podcast publishers of all sizes manage their content, run their direct advertising business and monetize via the Spotify Audience Network.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Podcast Content Management team that creates measurable value for publishers and aligns with broader organization strategies and KPIs. 
  • Develop and launch innovative publisher facing features across the publishing lifecycle such as onboarding, podcast management, user management and consumption analytics.  
  • Drive execution in collaboration with your Engineering, Design, and Data Science peers.
  • Collaborate with business development, customer success, marketing and other cross-functional teams in driving our publisher vision and strategy.
  • Work relentlessly to make sure your squad is focused on delivering the most impactful work and delivering against your success metrics. 

Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years experience in building and launching successful customer facing products
  • You are an excellent verbal and written communicator
  • You're a fast, profound learner with the capacity to grasp our requirements from both business and technical perspectives quickly
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to wear many hats and a strong desire to build something great
  • You have a bias towards shipping
  • Bonus points you love podcasts and are familiar with the podcast industry

  • We are a distributed workforce enabling our band members to find a work mode that is best for them!
  • Where in the world? For this role, we are looking for a candidate on the West Coast, to overlap with our Australia team.

  • Working hours? We expect this role to be available during West Coast hours to collaborate with our Australian teams and our broader East Coast teams. 
The United States base range for this position is $90,563 - $129,375, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. This range encompasses multiple levels. Leveling is determined during the interview process.  Placement in a level depends on relevant work history and interview performance. These ranges may be modified in the future.
