What will you be doing? As a product manager in the Billing area, you will be helping other product teams to monetize their product/features, integrate new payment methods, improve our conversions and ensure our payment platform is compliant with financial regulations. In addition, you will be working closely with research, design, engineering, marketing, finance, legal and customer-facing teams to identify user needs and the best solutions to address them. Your objective will be to ensure that solutions implement our visions for the product and positively impact the company’s goals. As such, we expect you to be on top of our existing product suite and help improve it. You will also develop new, groundbreaking product concepts that will make other people’s workflows (and, consequently, lives) that much better. Sure, this may sound ambitious, but with 98,000+ paying customers worldwide, plenty of VC backing, and a steep growth path, we have the means to execute our vision.

The position is located in Estonia in our Tartu office.
What you’ll do:
- Regularly talk with customers and internal stakeholders to discover their problems and needs
- Investigate problems in collaboration with research and design teams
- Own and drive forward your vision and strategy for your focus area
- Deliver tested and validated solutions together with developers and designers
- Assure the compatibility of the new solutions with the finance and legal teams
- Set and monitor key success metrics for your focus area together with analysts
- Work with our product marketing and billing operations teams to design and deliver communication plans for your solutions
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager or a similar position in a B2B IT company
- Previous experience as a project or product manager for a digital product in the finance field (billing, payment, etc.)
- A high-level understanding of software development technologies and processes
- An understanding of the difference between building features and solving problems
- The ability to take complex problems, make them easy to understand and tackle them step by step
- Proactive and independent in decision making
- Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- A curious mind, self-organized and reliable
