We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead one of our product areas. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, passionate about building and shipping great products and utilizes design thinking to bring our customers the best experience. Mutually important to be technical enough to collaborate with engineers and come up with the best solutions to the problems we want to solve. Our PMs work closely with all departments across Pendo and senior management, in addition to participating in regular discussions with customers to launch products and features that move the needle.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work cross functionally between Product, Design, Engineering, QA and Product Operations teams to facilitate and own new product development
• Work with engineering teams to deliver a scalable architecture that not just meets current needs, but considers future growth scenarios
• Deeply understand our customers workflows and jobs-to-be-done to inform new opportunities to improve their experience
• Build deep stakeholder relationships across Sales, Marketing, Legal and Customer Success, becoming an expert in our enterprise customer segment
• Define clear outcomes that measure customer satisfaction and business impact with the ability to analyze them and utilize them in decision making processes
• Prioritize between new features, architectural improvements, and operational excellence
• Be the “entrepreneur’ of the mobile product within the company - drive new directions and ideas, bring data to prove business validity and justify mobile investment. 
• Build the strategy and 12-months roadmap plan for the mobile product and work with the PMs to prioritize and implement this plan with the development teams. 
• Be able to easily articulate the mobile technical’s challenges and to collaborate with engineering on hard architectural debates. Work with eng. leadership to constantly improve work processes and deliverables 
• Build deep stakeholder relationships across Sales, Marketing, Legal and Customer Success ֿ
  to reach the mobile revenue goal, and to improve processes and support with regards to mobile. Become an expert in our mobile customer sentiment and needs.

• Understand the competitive landscape and suggest how mobile should contribute to the overall company strategy.
• Own at-risk, roadmap, sales customer calls specific to mobile but also can handle generic roadmap reviews

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering or MBA, or equivalent in experience
• 2+ years of managing at least 2 Product Managers
• 7+ years of product management experience
• Technical background - a must (preferred in development)
• Strong analytical skills, uses data from various systems to make decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Design thinking: is passionate about simplicity and design, Worked in companies with product-design-focus and
• Entrepreneurial instincts with clear bias for action and track record of leading new initiatives 

Preferred Qualifications

• Worked in a multinational company
• Experience building B2B SaaS solutions
• Mobile experience- a big plus - has worked on mobile products/services before (best would be mobile SDK)
• Worked in Agile methodology
