Peloton is seeking a Product Manager, Supply Chain to focus on Warehousing & Distribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying the most critical business problems to solve, developing vision for how technology can be leveraged to solve those problems, articulating the impact of solution on business outcomes, and maximizing ROI of invested capital. Product managers at Peloton work with business, functional and technology partners to build great technology solutions in an Agile & Lean product delivery environment throughout the entire product lifecycle.

This role will directly impact Peloton’s Supply Chain and its ability to deliver world class delivery experience to its members. This role will specifically lead our efforts for Warehousing and Distribution, focused on defining and prioritizing the business problems to be solved through a portfolio of systems including WMS, shipping solutions, etc.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON:

  • Support the Director of Supply Chain Product in continuous improvement of Warehousing & Distribution functions leveraging technology
  • Work closely with Business, Functional and Technology stakeholders understand operational complexities, strategic goals and plans, impacts and considerations
  • Have both business and technology competence to identify, design and shape the solutions targeting specific business outcomes
  • Provide area expertise and market intelligence to challenge and evaluate opportunities
  • Follow an analytical approach in prioritizing problems to solve, outcomes to drive vs. building features – Quality is priority over quantity
  • Develop and execute near (3 to 6 month) and long-term (12 to 18 month) roadmaps that will drive incremental business value; develop objectives and key results based on SC strategy
  • Establish team governance with recurring meetings, agreed ways of working, clear escalation paths, understood stakeholder engagement models, etc. 
  • Manage and navigate collaborators across functions - apply expertise and drive alignment & engagement amongst sponsor, business owner(s), working group, and other senior collaborators. 
  • Participate in agile scrum rituals including sprint planning and daily standups
  • Generate detailed documentation including BRDs/PRDs, Stories, Acceptance Criteria, et. al. around product strategy and feature requirements driven by the business
  • Create lightweight wireframes and prototypes based on requirements
  • Help to scope, plan, and execute the short-term development queue

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 6+ years’ experience working in Supply Chain technology systems, particularly Warehousing & Distribution, with minimum of 1-2 years driving process improvements and/or system deployments 
  • Bachelor’s in Operations, Supply Chain, or related Business degree; Master’s degree a plus
  • Working knowledge and understanding of lean, project management and change management - Six Sigma, PMP or change management certification are a big plus
  • Clear communicator with keen ability to present findings in succinct presentations; experience with functional leader communications
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills with proven use of data analysis and metrics to drive decision making and continuous improvement
  • Love to work collaboratively in a group, you have a willingness to dig in and contribute as a part of a cross-functional team 
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain concepts and financial acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence internal and external customers to get results
