As Product Manager: Payments Fraud & Risk Solutions you’ll own and evolve critical product capabilities that enable Ozow to scale safely and responsibly. This role sits at the heart of balancing growth, fraud prevention, regulatory integrity, and operational trust through well-designed product solutions.
Your role and responsibilities
You will own:
- Product direction and roadmap for a scoped area within the Trust, Risk & Compliance domain
- Problem definition and prioritisation for that area
- Translation of user, business, control, and operational needs into product requirements and workflow improvements
- Day-to-day product decision-making across a defined set of trust, risk, or compliance capabilities
- Collaboration with Engineering and Product Design to shape, build, and improve product solutions
- Measurable outcomes and KPI tracking for the product area they own
- Visibility of key dependencies, risks, and trade-offs affecting their roadmap
- Product documentation and clarity of decisions for their area
- Ongoing improvement of usability, control effectiveness, and operational confidence within their product area
Clear product direction and prioritisation
- Define and maintain a clear roadmap aligned to broader Product strategy and business goals
- Ensure prioritisation balances user experience, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and regulatory needs
- Translate high-level strategy into measurable product outcomes
Effective product capabilities and workflows
- Deliver scalable, usable trust, risk, and compliance product capabilities
- Improve control effectiveness, operational confidence, and usability of owned workflows
- Surface dependencies, risks, and trade-offs early to enable sound decision-making
Cross-Collaboration
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product Design to shape high-quality product solutions
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Data teams to translate domain needs into product requirements
- Track, measure, and communicate KPIs and outcomes for the owned product area
- Maintain strong documentation and clarity of product decisions
Tool Utilization + Change Management
- Own productised tooling for trust, risk, and compliance workflows (e.g. fraud tooling, AML monitoring, dispute management)
- Drive continuous improvement of internal systems, workflows, and control surfaces
- Support system and process evolution through structured change management
- Leverage automation and data-informed decisioning to improve scalability and effectiveness over time
You are an ideal candidate if you have
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, owning a defined product area end to end
- Experience working in trust, risk, compliance, fraud, payments, financial services, or highly regulated environments
- Strong ability to translate complex business, operational, and regulatory requirements into product solutions
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Product Design teams
- Comfort operating in shared platforms or internal tooling environments
- Strong prioritisation, problem-definition, and stakeholder management skills
- A product mindset focused on outcomes, not just feature delivery
