The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to develop and drive our partner product roadmap, including partner-facing (B2B) tools and card program-specific features. This product area will be key to creating unique incremental value for partners, customers, and Imprint. It will build upon Imprint’s rich customer data and be tasked with solving both known partner needs, and providing thought leadership for what new use cases could be served.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Determine a vision and multi-year strategy for a new platform of partner tools and program-specific features, in partnership with Growth, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering. 
  • Collaborate closely with our amazing internal teams to build and launch new-to-Imprint and new-to-the-world features to enable new card program launches and expand the value partners, customers, and Imprint get from card programs
  • Partner with and influence the roadmaps of multiple other product team members as needed to enable Partner use cases.
  • Deliver products and features that ensure compliant, robust and scalable experiences for customers and partners while protecting Imprint against financial and reputational risk.
  • Be the unequivocal voice of our partners, and ensure that everything we do does right by both our partners and customers.
  • Address challenging prioritization questions through data-driven approaches that put your customer first.
  • Think as a platform: Support other sprint teams across Imprint in their efforts to achieve their goals by understanding their goals and using them to inform your strategy.

We Are Looking For Folks With

  • 3+ years of product management or product strategy in the financial services, digital marketing, or a related space, especially with a focus on B2B products
  • Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps & functions, specifications, launching new products
  • Strong product instincts driven by deep empathy for the end users of technology products
  • Attention to detail when it comes to matters of accuracy, stability, and compliance
  • Humility and a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver great products your users love
  • Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
  • Experience with credit products and digital marketing tools
  • Ability to address ambiguities with the leadership team and provide maximum clarity for the teams you work with

Annual salary range: $100k - $150k, performance bonus, and competitive equity package
