As our first Product Manager in the UK, you will be someone who is passionate about developing functionality that inspires customers and provides an enjoyable experience; you'll create new innovative product ideas and work on their everyday implementation with our development team, to support our OSOME customers. You will join a supportive, international team with 10 other product managers working in parallel meaning lots of mutual education opportunities and ability to build domain expertise.
What you'll do:
- Collect product requirements and create long-term vision, starting from customers’ needs, converting these into product and feature roadmaps.
- Starting from CX gaps, suggest hypotheses to confirm and prioritise. Keep collaboration with Machine Learning/AI teams to integrate various team skills.
- Build and establish a communicative environment with product stakeholders.
- Produce roadmap prioritisation considering trade-offs required.
- Manage UX/UI creation process with designers and research teams.
Requirements
What you're good at:
- Proven experience in product management roles combined with software design skills.
- Experience in product lifecycle management, managing multiple projects, and balancing priorities.
- Strong ability to listen, understand and challenge end users and business stakeholders.
- Proven communication skills to conduit business requirements into tech environment and development team.
- Established record of creative problem solving and creating and building new products and experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing the organization
- Proven abilities to organise focus groups, observe trends, conduct online interviews,ask powerful questions,evoke exploration not just elicit information.
Product adoptions skills based on usage and satisfaction metrics.- Data-driven decision-making skills
Our Unicorn candidate will also have:
- General knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Bookkeeping.
- Experience in Ecommerce or related area with a good understanding of marketplaces business flow.
