THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Product Manager that will lead the main services related to our corporate clients contract with Gympass in Brazil!

YOUR IMPACT

The account management squad deals with the main features that allow our clients to have their corporate account up to date. These features include managing staff user accesses, invoices and payments, dunning process, contract update (upsell, SKU management or company data), renewal or cancellation and possible integrations with HCM systems.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for a product manager that is able to make our clients day to day with Gympass seamless. This person has to understand the routine of our clients in order to simplify our services and make them, even the hard ones - like dunning - as smooth as possible for both them and Gympass. At the same time, this person needs to take into consideration our business opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.

So if you:

  • Have 4+ years of web product development;
  • Lead product governance with stakeholders and feel really comfortable speaking with them;
  • Enjoy talking about payment-related solutions with both engineers and stakeholders (such as dunning best practices, payment options to be available, etc);
  • Have some knowledge of the current privacy landscape and the regulatory requirements affecting user data;
  • Have analytical and quantitative skills; ability to generate reports and insights;
  • Are able to analyze complex process and make them simple, friendly and intuitive;
  • Are curious enough to see how competitors or similar businesses are evolving their product and apply changes in our product when necessary
  • Feels excited to run the Agile Ceremonies together with the Product Design and Tech Lead
