Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team at k-ID. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and enhancements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of technology and user needs, able to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with the co-Founders and senior management to define product vision and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.

Product Development:

  • Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
  • Translate customer needs and market insights into detailed product requirements and use cases.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize and manage the product backlog.

Product Launch and Marketing:

  • Plan and execute successful product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies and supporting marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement resources.

Product Performance Tracking and Improvement:

  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with the customer success team to gather user feedback and prioritize product enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of user research and UX design principles.
  • Familiarity with product management tools and techniques.
